Description

Turn Up Talent Africa, is a non profit organization that was started way back in 2014 with the aim of supporting children and other vulnerable children plus their households through education, talent and special skills enhancements under special guidance.
The founders of Tuta are mainly concerned about many children and youth who were classified as being not in education, employment or training and have passed through the educational system but with no special talent or skill to tackle life and earn a living.
Lack of educational opportunities many children have special talent that need to be developed in order to use them to sustain their livelihood even when they didn't go far to higher levels of learning .
Some of the things you will be doing is helping in making reusable sanitary pads to give out in different schools, many girls drop out of school in Uganda every year due to lack of sanitary pads, can you imagine being in class and blood starts pouring out of the Uniform ?!
At times boys laugh at them but unknowingly which leads to dropping out because of shame but we want to change that by providing them with reusable sanitary pads and teaching some of them how to make reusable sanitary pads and teaching boys how they can be of support to them instead of making it a laughing matter the program is called sanipa.
Thank you we are looking forward to have you around.
