Mission Statement

It is the mission of Sporting SD to foster and develop the physical, mental and emotional growth of San Diego’s youth through the sport of soccer. We strive to maintain a safe and creative environment where athletes may express themselves on the field without consequence, while staying true to the core values of integrity, leadership, respect and teamwork.

Description

The goal of the Sporting SD staff is to focus on the "person" just as much as the "player." Coaches are committed to improve the technical and tactical side of the game along with teaching lessons that go beyond the soccer field.
