Mission Statement

The Ontario County Office for the Aging is dedicated to providing social, nutritional, community based, long term care services to people 60 years of age and older. We seek to improve the quality of life for the elderly through our advocacy efforts and by providing high quality services. We target these services to those who are frail, isolated, and low income.

Description

Ontario County Office for the Aging provides "Home Delivered Meal" to homebound seniors throughout Ontario County. Other services include congregate meals, transportation, case management, health insurance counseling, legal assistance, personal emergency response systems, friendly visitors/telephone reassurance, weatherization referral and assistance, outreach and information.
