Mission Statement

JESPY House is a non-profit organization that enables adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential and lead independent lives. Our philosophy promotes choice, self direction and independent community living for our clients.

Description

Along with our clients and their families, we work to break down barriers (attitudinal, communication and physical) to ensure that our clients have opportunities for full community inclusion. In this endeavor, JESPY will:

  • provide support services;
  • increase public awareness about disability issues;
  • advocate for the rights of people with disabilities; and
  • provide our clients and their families with information and support so that they may make informed choices about issues affecting their lives.
