OTR A.D.O.P.T. is a historic preservation non-profit organization with the purpose of preserving Cincinnati’s unique i dentity and competitive advantage in furtherance of becoming a top tier American city. OTR A.D.O.P.T. stands for advancing derelict and obsolete properties through transfer, which is how we do what we do.
