Our mission is to educate the public about the unmet needs of people with SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS and ANOSOGNOSIA -- a neurocognitive symptom that leaves a person unable to recognize their illness, resulting in treatment refusal, noncompliance, and conflict with loved ones and professionals.
