Mission Statement

Grace Hospice of Texas provides quality professional care and compassionate support for terminally ill patients and their families with God's grace. We believe that this is our ministry - to have the privilege of providing care with a servant's heart for God's children on their journey home.

Description

Since 2003 we have served patients all over Houston, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. Volunteers give their time to provide companionship, thus enhancing the patient's life, as well as supporting the family during a difficult time. Our volunteers are assigned a patient who lives close to their home or work, whether that is in The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Cyfair, Katy, Pasadena, Humble, etc.
