The Community Engagement Programs are designed to connect members of the Penn State and State College community with one another across cultures to foster a greater appreciation and understanding of the rich cultural differences that exist in our region

The office of Global Programs provides support and oversight for all of Penn State's international engagements. our office manages education abroad programs; hosts international students and scholars, and facilitates the University's many international partnerships around the world.
