Mission Statement

The Crosby Arboretum is the premier native plant conservatory in the southeast. A variety of plant communities are featured at the Arboretum that represent the native flora of the Pearl River drainage basin in Mississippi & Louisiana which include aquatic, savanna, and woodland exhibits. These habitats provide many opportunities for all ages to learn about nature through educational programs, tours, & events.

We have 3-4 plant sales a year; 4 or more major events a year bugfest (Oct), Strawberries & Cream, PineyWoods, Forge Day for example; we offer loft of different programs through out the year. We have 64 acres of walking trails that need to be kept up and cleaned.
