The Live and Let Live Alano Club helps address the first and second largest health issues in the LGBT community: HIV and addiction which helps save lives. People die every day of addiction and HIV infection resulting from being alcoholic or having an addiction. We carry the message of recovery, by human example to the LGBT community that there is vibrant life after addiction that no one needs to go it alone. Freedom from active addictions is desirable and achievable. LLLAC is a not for profit corporation (4th Oldest GLBT Sober Center in US) that is open to the public 365 days a year. We provide meeting space to 40,000 participants annually in over 37 Twelve-step recovery meetings and produce clean and sober events throughout the year.
