TOMORROWS LEADERS

Tomorrow’s Leaders is a nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Tracy R. Powell in 2016. The organization’s goal is to "Transform Our Youth" through written and oral self expression. To transform our youth we host "I am a Leader" Self Expression Workshops that allow our youth to verbally express concerns about things taking place in their homes, schools and community. At which time facilitators, share strategies to assist youth address bullying and cyber bullying and youth violence. By learning and utilizing these strategies, youth are considered leaders. At the end of the workshop, participating youth complete the statement, " I am a Leader because ....

Working in collaboration with schools districts, Faith based organizations and community organizations to host at least 6-10 workshops annually. Working through these organizations it is our vision that Tomorrow’s Leaders will be the global leader in fostering positive self-expression in our youth that transcends class, gender and race.

Although our organization is based in South Carolina, we host workshop throughout the US and are also open the Board Members from various states.
