Description

Ribbon Dream Project (RDP) provides dignity boxes/ bags with basic personal necessities, community resources and a handwritten card to bring hope to a survivor of domestic violence. Dignity boxes are given to incarcerated survivors of domestic violence, upon release from the San Francisco county jail. The Ribbon Dream Project’s ultimate goal and mission is to offer survivors the support and resources needed to gain control over their outcome their lives and future.
The RDP is a brand new project organized by a survivor of domestic violence who works with and understands the needs of other survivors of domestic violence, and is currently in need of support to develop the infrastructural elements to build a strong foundation of this new organization.
