Calling all volunteers with hospice hearts in the West Chester community! This is your opportunity to join a team of compassionate volunteers sharing your time and talents to support hospice patients and their families. You’ll receive training and orientation to help you feel confident and comfortable. Support our patients and their families by offering a warm presence and a helping hand. Sit with patients to read or watch TV Take a patient out for a short walk Keep a patient company while caregivers take a break Share your specialized skills including reiki, prayer, cosmetology, music, or whatever your talents are! Just be together Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Caitlyn Williams, at 610-627-2050 or cwilliams11@bayada.com for more information! ***All Volunteers that make visits to patients/families are required to have a Covid-19 vaccination, and during orientation, we will provide fit-testing for an N95 as well as a full supply of PPE so that you feel safe and comfortable when out at homes or facilities.
