Mission Statement

Create sustainable pathways for Africa’s projected "youth bubble". Engage young Africans (7-17 years at entry) to help unlock and maximize their innate God given talent/potential. There are millions of brilliant young minds across the African continent dying to unleash and explore their innate talents. We see a growing number of highly educated college graduate with limited jobs or outlets for their intellect, untapped talent lost in the survival trenches of life. Imagine the benefits if we could empower EVERY young African to DISCOVER & EXPLORE their talent.

Description

We Incorporated as a CA 501c3 and currently operational in 3 of 54 African countries (Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria)
We host Ignite Workshops in urban and rural townships with 7-17 year old African boys and girls (touched the lives of 1,300 in 2019). We also facilitate an annual Brilliant Young African Contest, where 7-17 year olds get to showcase their talent or inventions. Top 10 winners receive monetary prizes (we awarded a total of $12,000 to top 10 in 2019). We grant pathway scholarships to eligible candidates (awarded 4 total in 2019), and host Global Perspective sessions via video conference with kids around the globe.
