The American Cheese Education Foundation (ACE) is the American Cheese Society’s (ACS) nonprofit alliance organization. The Foundation supports ACS’ education program through fundraising for scholarships, educational content, and research efforts for ACS members. Its priority is to further educational opportunities for all those interested in producing, marketing, selling, and appreciating North America’s artisan, farmstead, and specialty cheeses.
