Instead, it’s about taking control and making the most of the days to come. Hospice care can allow you to focus on spending quality time with loved ones, while helping to meet care needs and manage discomfort...all in the familiar surroundings of home. Our hospice team members provide a multitude of services from pain management to emotional, spiritual and end of life planning support for patients whose physicians have determined they have less than six months to live, should their disease follow its expected course. We also offer bereavement counseling for families to help them better cope with their loss. Our hospice care offices are accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Partner, CHAP, holding us to the highest standards of care in the nation.
