Mission Statement

We create and expand business opportunities for existing and aspiring vetrepreneurs through training, mentoring, coaching, and networking.

Description

In 2015, a group of veterans, representing all branches of the armed forces, formed what is known today as the Veterans Business Action Committee (VBAC) to share their knowledge and personal experiences as entrepreneurs through monthly networking meetings. Since 2017, VBAC has sought to transform itself from a networking group to a non-profit dedicated to creating and expanding business opportunities for existing and aspiring vetrepreneurs by providing training, mentoring, coaching, and networking opportunities.

Our goal is to position ourselves as the premiere veteran-focused nonprofit in southern Riverside County and beyond. However, given the complexity and the hefty goals of our strategic plan, it is our intent to be patient and methodical as we make choices and continue striving toward our long-term vision. As we seek to expand our footprint, our shared values and vision will always guide organizational decisions. Hence, we are continuously looking to find and exploit opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to expedite and expand our effort. We welcome diversity of membership, ideas, and perspectives.
