Chance Of Change, is a community based non-profit organization that focuses on prevention, intervention and rehabilitation for at risk youth. Our mission is to empower the lives of at risk youth as they face the many challenges that keep them from being successful such as gangs, teen pregnancy, low self -esteem, teen pregnancy, family situations, substance abuse and poor school performance.
