Description

Our vision is to educate and empower community members to make informed decisions about their health, wellness and care options - including participation in clinical trials. For more than eighteen (19+) years HHI has been at the forefront of chronic disease awareness, education and prevention within the Counties of Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia. We train and utilize bilingual/bicultural Community Health Workers to perform free health risk assessments for chronic disease at locations where the medically underserved community lives, works, plays or worships. Most of our work is out on the field and performed on days and times convenient to the community.
