depression2extinction (d2e) is on a mission to eliminate the stigma of depression through Emotional Awareness Training for teens and young adults.

Description

History

d2e was founded in 2017 by Jeff Jackson & Luke Frazier simply searching for a new way to communicate emotionally. Two men fed up with the way society was holding in feelings and consistently harming relationships. The organization has grown nationally impacting roughly 30,000 people and building foundations through movement, mindfulness, & human connection. Today, d2e is most active in high schools teaching Mental Health Awareness and tools for Positive Emotional Health.

Our 2019 Services include:

1) HEAL Kids: A school workshop for teens, teachers, & parents teaching Mental Health Awareness & tools for Positive Emotional Health.
