Smoketown Family Wellness Center is a pediatric office in the Smoketown neighborhood of Louisville, KY with the vision of partnering with families to raise children who are healthy in mind, body and spirit. Our organization seeks to improve health outcomes by addressing the needs of the community through pediatric clinical care, mental and behavioral health care, and healthy lifestyle programs that enable positive parenting and promote healthy eating and physical activity.
