East Terrell Hills Elementary School would like to invite you to share your career with our students. Career Day is scheduled for Monday, May 20th from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
We are looking for Parents, Community and Corporate Leaders who would like to share information about their career with our studdents. If you or someone that you know would like to speak to our students, please provide the necessary information via email, mcolon@neisd.net. We would like for you to give a 10-15-minute presentation. There are approximately 15 students in each rotation.
Speakers sometimes ask, "What should I bring to Career Day?" Presenters may bring displays, arrangements, videos and/or models while others bring printed material about their occupation. Presenters often dress as they would when they are going to work. Please feel free to bring whatever you feel you need to help educate the students about your company or occupation.
Please let me know if you need any special equipment for your presentation. We will be providing a light breakfast for presenters.
