The YNLBP Foundation's youth Initiative Bridging Gaps to Greatness Inc. (BGG) is a 501c3 non-profit organization...committed to educating, engaging and inspiring youth participation in the sport of baseball for life long success on and off the field.

Description

The Negro baseball league began in 1920 and endured until 1960. Some of the greatest baseball players helped make what is called today, "America's Greatest Pastime." even though blacks were not able to play in the major leagues. Through pictures, documents, artifacts, and memorabilia, this exhibit will share the invaluable experiences of the negro league baseball players. YNLBP represents the players who played in the game of negro league baseball and is committed to the preservation, dedication, and the education of it's history.

Bridgiing Gaps To Greatness Inc. is a non- profit youth inititative of YNLBP to Improve fundamental skills, education, and self-esteem for young athletes as a proven recipe for lifelong success on and off the field.
