Mission Statement

We inspire and mobilize youth leaders to reflect upon their values and beliefs, connect with others across differences and act together to address local and global change. Our leadership philosophy is guided by three principles: Reflect... Participants examine their beliefs and values and explore their identities in relationship to the larger community. Connect... Reflection takes place in the context of connecting to people from diverse backgrounds. Act... Participants use their reflection and connection skills to develop service projects in their local communities and beyond. These principles intersect and inform one another as participants continue to deepen their knowledge, raise questions and become leaders within communities.
