Abusive to employees, poor support for volunteers, inconsistent quality of services to survivors, no accountability within the organization. Also a history of violating the labor rights of vulnerable WOC employees. Have been waiting for change for 7+ years (after giving direct feedback to ED) and it seems to have only gotten worse. A complete revamp of the org, staff, and services are needed.
