Description

The Richmond Senior Central is a neighborhood based information and referral service for seniors, caregivers, and social service agencies.Services are a available by telephone or a drop-in basis during business hours. Assistance is available free of charge to seniors 60 years of age and older in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Russian.
