Mission Statement

Vision: That minority women ages 18-30 are healthy entrepreneurs and mentors to other women within their community. How? PIE provides low cost, high quality, hands on and online classes to a demographic of women that could not otherwise afford the level of training offered through PIE. All our classes consist of transferable and duplicate-able skills. As each lady develops her gifts and talents, those who have a desire to pursue entrepreneurship will use those skills they have acquired to create their own micro-enterprise. Our training develops entrepreneurs which creates mentors, and volunteers which enhances workforce development and soft skills and generates income for women of color within our community.
