Description

Empowering Generations Fitness, Corp. (EGF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Forest Park, GA. The organization was founded to inspire middle and high school age youth from low-income underserved communities to get active and improve their beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors about physical activity and being healthy. Our fitness by season youth camp is a seasonal based after school program and out of school-time camp year-round. EGF offers field trips, mentorship, gardening, fitness training, college and career development.
