Description

Our organization serves Orleans County with several programs targeted to serve those facing serious illness. Our Transitions, Supportive Care and Hospice programs are interdisciplinary and holistic in approach, aiming to help patients identify goals and maximize quality of life. Some of the services in these programs include: pet therapy, Pet Peace of Mind, massage therapy, music therapy, and our We Honor Veterans program. Hospice of Orleans also supports our community with programs such as bereavement support (open to anyone in the community), education regarding the importance of advance care planning, caregiver groups & an equipment loan closet.
