Mission Statement

Project HEAL delivers access to healing for all people suffering from eating disorders, via a treatment access program, our communities of healing peer support program, and local community support services.

Description

Project HEAL is the largest non-profit organization in the U.S. providing access to treatment for people with eating disorders. The Boston Chapter of Project HEAL focuses on strengthening local community resources, advocacy, community outreach, fundraising, and providing recovery support to those in the local community through our Communities of HEALing program!

Project HEAL Boston Chapter was founded in 2015. With over 100 colleges and universities in the greater Boston area, the founders felt strongly that the city needed a Project HEAL. The Boston Chapter was awarded Chapter of the Year in 2016. The Boston Chapter has an active volunteer base of about 15-20 chapter members.
