The Pennsylvania Center For Adapted Sports works to improve the health and well-being of people with disabilities through sport and wellness programs.

Description

For nearly 4 decades PCAS has provided a spectrum of sport, wellness and recreation programs in the Delaware Valley and NE PA area. PCAS is a volunteer-driven organization with over 250 volunteers helping across 12 sport and wellness programs. We offer activities to those just getting started to those with Paralympic aspirations. We've produced 11 Paralympians and continue to provide development programs. Programs are designed primarily for people with physical disabilities. Some of our programs include rowing, cycling, skiing, climbing, track and field (youth), triathlon, yoga, and kayak. In addition to programs for all ages and interestest, we offer specialized programming for youth, and for Veterans with Disabilities.
