Mercy Hospice offers an interdisciplinary team approach to provide compassionate, professional care to patients facing life-limiting illness. Dedicated to the quality of life, Mercy Hospice offers a support system of experienced people who assist both the patient and family in meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Description

Founded in 1986, Mercy Hospice serves the health care needs of patients in Polk, Dallas, Warren, Madison, and Jasper counties, as well as areas of Clarke, Story, Boone, Adair, and Guthrie Counties. Mercy Hospice is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
