Description
The Inova Healthy Plate Club is an obesity prevention program for low-income children in Fairfax and Loudoun counties and the city of Alexandria. Through creative taste tests and educational activities, the program aims to increase vegetable consumption, decrease sugary beverage consumption, and teach kids how to make healthy choices on a day-to-day basis.
