Community Action Organizers

Description

We outreach to nonprofits, schools, and community members to understand problems faced in the community and then cultivate innovative solutions through the creation and operation of sustainable projects. We encourage critical thinking, collaboration between industries, and solution-based service.

Our debut project is the Dallas Volunteer Movers, an organization dedicated to providing affordable moving services to victims of domestic violence and others in the Dallas community. We believe this ambitious first step will set a precedent for Community Action Organizers to be a launching pad for other social entrepreneurs and everyday citizens to want to use their gifts to radically solve community problems.
