To ensure the safety and wellbeing of Greenbrier Valley citizens in all phases of disaster.
Created as result of the devastating flooding that ravaged southern West Virginia on June 23rd, 2016 (FEMA DR 4273), GGLTRC has coordinated almost 5,000 volunteers in disaster recovery efforts in Greenbrier, Monroe, and Pocahontas Counties. In 2018, GGLTRC received a grant from Volunteer WV to expand their volunteer efforts outside of disaster recovery.
