Through individual goal setting, the "One Man Plan", group sessions on topics such as parenting skills, healthy relationships, economic stability and men's health, as well as the Kuder Job Assessment, Job Readiness Bootcamp and employment assistance, MFC helps fathers improve themselves and prepare them to be better fathers to their children. Children with engaged fathers do better in school, are less likely to use drugs and generally make better choices in life.
