Mission Statement
Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership (LACNIP) improves safety and quality of life through community partnerships, individual action and advocacy. LACNIP unites and leads diverse groups to make Lima-Allen County a more desirable place to live, work, play and raise a family. LACNIP advocates for improvements in housing, safety, justice, equality, diversity, health and the environment through education, cooperation and accountability.
Description
Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership (LACNIP) was founded in 1994 by Shirley Daley and several other dedicated community leaders. 25 years later LACNIP continues to be an umbrella organization for the 8 city and 3 county neighborhood associations. LACNIP is ran soley by volunteers. As a volunteer for LACNIP you are encouraged to invest your time, skills, and talents to promote good agency-community relations that enhance our quality programs.
