Mission Statement

New Leaf Kitchen was founded in Cincinnati, OH on the belief that if you give someone a snack, you feed them for a minute; if you give someone a skill, you feed them for a lifetime. We are on a mission to spread the value of healthy eating and mindful living through cooking, gardening, and food exploration programs and podcasts.

Description

Our unique, root-up approach to food education focuses on creating fair opportunities to source, grow, prepare, and consume foods in ways that will positively impact the culture of our health, environment, and economy.
