Mission Statement

Our mission is to support and empower individuals who face social and economic challenges. We are guided by human purpose and human impact.

Humanim has over 40 diverse but interconnected programs and services (e.g. Workforce Development, Human Services, and Youth Services). We are a master of many trades to ensure we meet our mission. The scope of our projects is creating economic opportunity, catalyzing self-empowerment, and simply having people’s backs. We work tirelessly to build pathways to employment, personal autonomy, and economic opportunity for those who need it most. Our work is representative of our belief in the potential of every human being, and our commitment to see this through is uncompromising.
