"Women of W.E.A.L.T.H." Women Empowered Anointed Living Testimonies of Hope. The yearly conference has been held in many states in the U.S since 2009. Yearly "Ruby Beeler Award of Excellence" - each year JDM honors activist in the community that is making a positive impact on society.

"Senior Feeding Program" JDM provides meals twice a week to senior citizens in the King County area. These meals are supplied through donations from the community. The meals are cooked and delivered to the seniors - particularly African American citizens that are being pushed out of their homes in the Seattle Central Area because of gentrification.

"Counseling Services" JDM provides counseling services for families, marriages, and individuals. Counseling Services for JDM is a service offering individualized and creative approaches to understanding problems and solutions. JDM provides diverse services to meet the needs of clients including therapy for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families.
