Our mission is to promote creative expression; inspire, motivate and support artists of all mediums to enrich our community.

Description

Arts Wayland has been a part of Wayland and the surrounding community since its founding in 1981 as a non-profit, arts educational organization.

In December 2018, we began a new initiative - @theW Gallery - in the Wayland Shopping Center. This 3,200 sq ft space with large windows is an art gallery and community art space. We welcome artists and non-artists to be involved in this all-volunteer initiative.

Future plans for the space include exhibitions of all art media; programs: art demos and workshops; music: bands, recitals, jams, vocal; poetry and literature readings; book groups; art talks; dramatic performances. Artists of all media should apply to be involved.
