Mission Statement

Global City Mission is a Christian missions organization. We are a disciple-making ministry focused specifically on outreach in global cities. We believe that Jesus brings hope & transformation in a broken world, and that Jesus' followers should be engaged with sharing that Good News in word & deed. Strategically, we live and work in global cities because it gives us the opportunity to intentionally encounter the nations of the world through everyday interactions.

Description

In order to effectively advance disciple-making in urban settings, we focus on these three areas of ministry:
* Relational evangelism & starting simple churches & small groups
* Training local believers to reach their communities
* Providing equipping & training for established churches

At the time of this posting, Global City Mission has team members in New York City, Tampa, and Orlando. By the conclusion of 2019, we also expect to have missionary catalysts in Philadelphia and engaging immigrant communities in Dallas-Ft. Worth.
