NEWMA Ministries foundational program NEWMA Community Development Corporation is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded to create workforce development opportunities and economic empowerment through industry level career training education for the unemployed and the under-employed individuals and communities. By providing access to tailored occupational learning programs, students are empowered and prepared to enter lifetime and lifechanging career occupations that create sustainable and livable earnings. Through job readiness, life-management, training courses offered, our participants can bridge the gap between "low" to "living" wage skill sets and proficiency. NEWMA CDC provides students with a holistic approach for equitable in-demand employment with advancement opportunities and maintainable income

Through the job readiness, integrated resources and supports, training courses offered, NEWMA CDC provides students with equitable skills for in-demand employment with advancement opportunity and living wage income.
