Watchmen Arts Associations prides itself on providing local musicians an affordable year-round experience that is educational, and teaches members to challenge and grow as individuals, along with the rest of their peers, while competing against the best and being evaluated by the finest judges in the activity - all resulting in shaping individuals who understand the value of working towards something bigger than themselves.
