To provide comfort, care, and support for patients and their families is the mission here at Affinis. This is how we add more life each day. As a volunteer, you would have a huge role in supporting our patients. You could make the biggest difference by just being there for a patient and their family during the most difficult time of their journey.

Description

Affinis Hospice Vidalia is seeking to grow an amazing volunteer program in our area. As a volunteer for Affinis, you would get the opportunity to assist patients and their families by providing your companionship. Any of your talents or interests will be considered when assigning tasks or visits. Having common interests with a patient will help to grow an amazing connection from the start. There will also be opportunities for you to assist with fun and festive activities for our patients residing in local nursing facilities. My hope with this program is to build a tight-knit group of volunteers who find their purpose is here with Affinis.
