Mission Statement

We seek to glorifying God. Because He is the center around which everything revolves. Because He is the most glorious. Because from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. Because to Him rightfully belongs the glory forever (Rom 11:36) - we seek to behold His glory. We seek to glorify God. We see Him working through us for the sake of His glory through Word, Covenant, and Heart.

Description

Nursery

Every Sunday morning, members of Franklin Street Church serve our families and children in the nursery during the Sunday morning worship service (11:00).

Sunday School

Every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. we have Sunday School for adults. Dr. Peter Gentry leads our class downstairs in the fellowship hall.

Music Ministry

At Franklin Street Church we exist to worship, connect, and serve. Integral to our Sunday morning worship service is music. If you are gifted to lead God's people through music we'd love to talk with you about serving.

Ushers/Greeters & Audio/Video Ministry

The front line of ministry at Franklin Street Church is our usher and greeter ministry. If you love people and want to serve in this way please contact us. We also have need for computer savvy persons during morning worship as well as enthusiastic audio engineers! Let us know if you'd like to serve in any of these ways.

Butchertown Community Events

The Butchertown neighborhood is full of energy, whether the lively community garden, music and art festivals, or charity runs are your thing there are plenty of ways to serve our neighbors. Stay tuned for upcoming events.
