P. A.Y. provides mentoring and coaching services to youth, ages 10 to 16, with characteristics and experiences that increase their risk of developing challenging behaviors and outcomes that could be detrimental to their community, themselves, or both. P.A.Y. provides free monthly youth workshops that address the physical and psychological stress of peer on peer bullying; academics, career, leadership, interpersonal and life skills; teen pregnancy, suicide, violence, and substance abuse; and other areas that youth in the community want or need to address. P.A.Y. plans to develop a leadership program for youth in 10th through 12th grades. The leadership program will pair youth with professionals in their chosen career fields, offer community service, and career skills.
