Mission Statement

Our mission is to embolden students and strengthen their communities through leadership development. We believe that every person is a potential leader and through our activities, students will develop the necessary strengths and skills for reaching that potential.

Description

Founded in 2017, we focus on providing youth leadership programming to kids in charter schools in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Over the next 5 years, we will expand our footprint across the 7-county metro to strengthen Minnesota’s communities, one kid at a time.

Inspired volunteers from all backgrounds and interests are welcome. Minnesota needs you!
