DIVINE KIDS

2015, I met a young lady who graduated TOP of her class, and obtained a full scholarship to SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY. This young ladies story was amazing!!! She had a long list of accomplishments while battling with the reality that she was homeless. Since she grew up in the foster care system, by the time she graduated, the state of Texas classified her as homeless. Because of her strength and dedication, I was inspired to do something for her. I thought of all of the experiences that I was blessed to be able to give to my kids. At that same time, I thought of all of the GREAT kids who are not as fortunate. I asked her what is one thing that she ALWAYS wanted to do. That is how DIVINE KIDS was formed.

Today, our organization has grown to a team of compassionate and caring people. We've traveled many places with several kids over the years. The organization has evolved to providing social services, college prep, and academic supplies. A lot of our kids have individualized needs. We knew that in order for them to be successful we would have to do more than travel.

At DIVINE KIDS, the sky is the limit in terms of what our kids can do!!! Our Kids are academic achievers, star athletes, leaders, and/or serve their community. Every child is Divine in their own unique way. All they need is a little push, guidance, and the resources to do so.
