Mission Statement

At Regency Southern Care Hospice, we are committed to clinical excellence and integrity, ensuring highest quality of hospice care and comfort. Our clinical team honors life and offers compassion to individuals, and their families when facing a life-limiting illness. We see each individual as more than a patient. Our skilled professionals and volunteers design an all-encompassing program customized to each patient that addresses not only the physical needs but also the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Our hospice team provides compassionate care for individuals and their families when life matters most.

Regencysoutherncare Hospice volunteer program offers a wide variety of things available to the volunteer. Assisting with errands helps a tired family cope with their many challenges and allows them time with their loved one. It can be as simple as reading to, or sitting with a patient a few hours a week so the caregiver can get a break. We offer different programs to the volunteers such as our Hospice for Heroes Veterans Program, Vigil Volunteer Program which was the first program implemented in the southeast region, assisting our Bereavement Coordinator with mailings, our Perenity Program floral arrangements that the volunteers put together to take to our patients. Regency Southern Care Hospice's goal is to be able to fulfill volunteer requests as needed.
